Adding a new driver

This article will explain the Driving For and External Identifier field when adding a new driver.

1. Log into VROMO

2. Navigate to the Teams tab

3. Select New Driver

When adding a new driver, there are 2 optional fields called Driving For and External Identifier.

Driving For allows drivers who are added to multiple teams to see a specific name when switching between groups to accept orders

External Identifier is most commonly used with certain integrations when it is necessary to link a driver in VROMO to a driver/employee in a different system (such as the POS)
