This article will explain the different types of Widgets you can use on a Campaign to promote your business and improve the efficiency of your deliveries.
Campaign Widgets explained
The different types of widgets available from the dropdown are: Image, YouTube Video, Text, Promotion, Driver Tip, Rating and Address Correction.
- To add an Image, click the Choose File button and upload the image of your choice to the Campaign and click the Add button.
- To add a YouTube Video, paste the link to the video of your choice into the field to add it to the Campaign and click the Add button.
- To add Text, enter the text of your choice into the field to add them to the Campaign and click the Add button.
- To add a Promotion, click the Choose File button to upload the image of your choice, then enter the Title, Description, Call to Action and the URL you would like to link the customer to and click the Add button to add it to your Campaign. Ticking the Popup box will bring up a dropdown menu that will allow you to determine when the promotion is displayed to the customer on the tracking link, whether it be when the job is Dispatched, when it has been marked Underway, Completed, Cancelled, or on whichever Task number you prefer. Leaving the Popup box unticked will leave the promotion as visible the entire time when the tracking link is accessed.
- To add a Driver Tip option, click the Add button to add it to your Campaign. This will allow the customer to tip the driver directly into their PayPal account if they have linked it to their Vromo Driver app via the settings page of their app.
- To add a Rating, enter the title and description of your choice into the respective fields to add them to the Campaign and click the Add button. Ticking the Popup box will bring up a dropdown menu that will allow you to determine when the rating is displayed to the customer on the tracking link, whether it be when the job is Dispatched, when it has been marked Underway, Completed, Cancelled, or on whichever Task number you prefer. Leaving the Popup box unticked will leave the rating option as visible the entire time when the tracking link is accessed. Depending on the title and description you use, you can have the rating reflect the food, the delivery, the entire experience, or anything else of your choice.
- To add an Address Correction option for your customers to use, should they have entered the wrong address in error, select when it will pop up on the Campaign from the dropdown and click the Add button to add it to your Campaign. The dropdown menu will allow you to determine when the address correction is displayed to the customer on the tracking link, whether it be when the job is Dispatched, when it has been marked Underway, Completed, Cancelled, or on whichever Task number you prefer.
