Driver Report explained

This article describes how to use the Driver Report tab on the Reports page.

How to use the Driver Report tab

  1. Log into VROMO with an Admin or User role.
  2. Go to the Reports page.
  3. Click on the Driver Report tab.
  4. Set the required filters to display the relevant job data.

Driver Report explained

The Driver Report will allow you to calculate your driver pay for the timeframe and jobs determined by the filters you have applied, to be paid by you externally.
Set Pay Rates:
To set the rate of pay you wish to apply to your drivers, set the Fixed field to the amount of money you wish to use to calculate your drivers pay with. Each of the fields can be adjusted by using the arrows that appear when hovering your mouse over each box, or by clicking the number shown and typing the desired number. Once done, click the Apply Rates button and the data in the report below will have the pay rates applied, to show the driver's Name, Group, Available Hours, Time on Job, the number of Jobs Completed, Jobs Cancelled, Jobs Re-offered to other drivers, their Total Distance travelled while marked available on their app, also broken down into their On Job Distance, their Off Job Distance, their Average Rating from customers (via a driver rating widget in the tracking link set in the Campaigns page of your Vromo account), as well as a Pay Estimate & Cost Per Job according to the pay rates you have set above.

Per Completed Job: This determines the number of jobs that the driver must have completed in order to receive the amount set in the Fixed field.
Per Cancelled Job: This determines the number of jobs that the driver must have had cancelled in order to receive the amount set in the Fixed field.
Per Km/Miles (On job): This determines the number of km or miles (depending on the metric you have applied in your account settings) that the driver has travelled while on the delivery in order to the amount set in the Fixed field.
Per Km/Miles (Off job): This determines the number of km or miles (depending on the metric you have applied in your account settings) that the driver has travelled while not on the delivery in order to the amount set in the Fixed field.
