What is an Overflow Driver?
An overflow driver is a 3rd party driver we set up in your account, to send orders to the 3rd party company to deliver for you.
What is an Overflow Team?
This is the group we put the 3rd party driver in, to ensure we dispatch to them accordingly for your use case.
What is a Site?
A site is the term we use to identify your locations.
What is a Team?
A team is used to group your drivers, admin users etc. These can be broken down to site level, or account level. Depending on how you want your users grouped and how you want access levels. With teams, you can ensure that some users can only see specific stores rather than all if you want.
What is a Job?
A job is the terminology we use when referring to your specific orders.
What is a Campaign?
A campaign is the terminology we use to refer to the SMS tracking link we can send out per order. With these the end customer can track their orders. These can be customised per site, with different branding, promotions etc.
What is an Auto Dispatcher?
An auto dispatcher is a set of rules you have to determine to whom you dispatch your jobs to. Picking the best driver for the job each time.
What is a Job Template?
A job template is where you can set specific tasks that you want the drivers to complete during the delivery. Eg, arrive at the restaurant, depart the restaurant, arrive at the customer, etc. You also have the ability to geo-fence these tasks and put requirements like, signature or photo needed to complete.
What is the Driver App?
Our Driver App is what the drivers use to receive and complete their orders. This is available to download for free on iOS and Android.
What do our Reports do?
In our reports you have the ability to see all data on the orders in your account and data regarding your driver data.
What is the Dashboard?
Our dashboard gives you a brief overview of live statistics and statistics from the previous 24 hours.
How do I swap between Imperial and Metrics?
If you go into your account settings, in the top right corner of the screen, you can swap between imperial and metrics here.
