How to attach a site to a team

1. Log into VROMO with an Admin role.
2. Go to the Sites page.
3. Click on the Site you want to attach an Auto Dispatch policy and/or Campaign to.
   
4. Select the desired team from the Group dropdown.
   
5. Click Save Site.

Why to attach a site to a team

Attaching a site to a particular team is beneficial if you wish to allow certain users on your Vromo account to see only have the ability to see certain jobs. For example, if you set up two teams, one representing each of the two different cities that you're delivering in, then attach each site to it's corresponding city team, then any users on that team will be able to view all of that city's jobs from the various sites you service in the area, without having to worry about the jobs in another city that are not relevant to them.

The Reports page also allows you to filter by team, so breaking your sites down into different areas can allow further detailed filtering in the reports.
