How To Cancel A Job

In this article we will discuss how to cancel one or multiple jobs from the Dispatch Screen. How To Cancel A Job

1. Log into VROMO 

2. Navigate to the Dispatch Screen

3. Click the arrow to expand the job. There are two ways to cancel. The Cancel button can be selected on the job itself, or on the top right corner. 

To cancel multiple jobs, hold the Shift key on the keyboard while selecting the applicable jobs. Once highlighted, select the Cancel button on the top right corner.

4. Once the Cancel button is selected, a new window with cancellation reasons will appear. Select or type your reason and select Cancel Jobs.
