How to Chat With Drivers Through the Dashboard

This article describes how to communicate with your drivers directly through the VROMO Dashboard

1. Log into VROMO

2. Navigate to the Dispatch Screen

Once an order is assigned to a driver, expand the order to reveal the chat icon.

If a driver messages you, or you message a driver, the chat will appear on the bottom left of the Dashboard View. If there are multiple chats, there will be multiple chat windows at the bottom.

*Please note that the chat function is designed for drivers directly employed by the company, not for any third party drivers
