How to check why a fleet has returned a job

Depending on whether a job is still active on the Dispatch screen or if it's completed/cancelled and in the Reports page, there are two different methods to check why a job was returned by a fleet.

On Dispatch screen

1. Double click the job in question on the jobs pane.
   
   
   
2. Scroll down to the Dispatches section and hover your mouse over the information icon beside the word Returned and the return reason sent by the fleet will be displayed.
   

On Reports page

1. On the Reports page, navigate to the Job History tab.
2. Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen to scroll across as far to the right as you can.
3. Click the icon in the Audit History field for the job in question.
   
4. Hover your mouse over the information icon beside the word Returned and the return reason sent by the fleet will be displayed.
