How To Create A Job Template

This article will discuss how to create a job template.

1. Log into VROMO

2. Navigate to the Teams page

Select Job Templates

Select Add New Job Template on the top right. From here, name you Job Template. Since Job Templates are location specific, use an identifying name for each location.

Select From here select Output Tasks for both Pickup and Dropoff. This will create the standard 4 task temple. 

You can simply save from this point and use a standard 4 task template for each location. If you would like to customize the tasks further such as adding a geofence capability or photo requirement for the driver, select on the task you would like to edit. You will then be brought to the task edit screen.

Once you are happy with any customizations, select Save on the task and the template.
