How to Reset Account Password
This article describes how to reset your account password if you have forgotten it
From the login screen of the app, select "Forgot your password?"
Provide your email address to send a reset password link to your email inbox.
Open the email, follow the link, update your password, then try your email address and new password in the login screen again.
