Offering vs Dispatching a Job

This article will outline the differences between offering and dispatching a job in an auto dispatch policy.

1. Log into VROMO

2. Navigate to the Auto Dispatch Policy page

Select the policy you would like to edit or select Add New Auto Dispatcher.

The first dropdown will indicate if whether the job should be offered or dispatched to the driver.

"Offer" allows drivers to see a list of offered jobs and pick from that list on the driver app

"Dispatch" auto assigns the job to the driver
