This article describes how to use the Performance Reports tab on the Reports page.

How to use the Performance Reports tab

1. Log into VROMO with an Admin or User role.
2. Go to the Reports page.
3. Click on the Performance Reports tab.
4. Set the required filters to display the relevant job data.
   

   

Performance Reports explained

Task Lateness Breakdown: Hover your mouse over the graph in this report and it will show you statistics on the percentage and number of jobs that were 15+ mins late, 5 to 10 mins late, on time & 15+ mins early on the given date that you have your mouse above on the graph.

Average Task Duration: Hover your mouse over the graph in this report and it will show you statistics on the average duration of all jobs, the completion task on jobs, as well as each of the individual tasks on your jobs for the date that you have your mouse above on the graph.

Average Driving Distance: Hover your mouse over the graph in this report and it will show you statistics on the average distance of all jobs, as well as the on & off job distance for the date that you have your mouse above on the graph.

End to End Job Breakdown: Hover your mouse over the graph in this report and it will show you statistics on the number of completed jobs, the total time it taken on jobs, the time spent on the job by drivers, the time taken to start the job and the time it took for the jobs to be dispatched for the date that you have your mouse above on the graph.

Top Sites: This report displays the number of jobs completed on each site. If you hover your mouse above the value for one of the sites, it will display the exact number completed for that site.
