Photo requirement within a Job Template

This article will outline how to add the requirement for a driver to upload a photo once the job has been completed.

1. Log into VROMO

2. Navigate to the Auto Dispatch & Job Templates page

Under the Job Templates, all created Job Templates will appear. Select the template with the tasks you would like to add a photo requirement to. Photo Requirements are most commonly added to the fourth task in a four task model (Driver Arrive or Depart Customer). 

Select the task you would like to add a Photo Requirement to. The Edit Out Task screen will appear. Here the icon for Photo Upload can be ticked at the bottom. Select Save once the icon has been ticked.
