Signing Into the VROMO Phone App

This article describes signing into the VROMO Phone App for the first time

  1. When you first open the app you will be presented with the login screen.
    In order to log in successfully, you will need to be set up on the app by a member of the dispatch team, from the company that you are working with directly. Once set up, you will receive an email inviting you to use the system.

    Once your password has been reset, you will then be able to log in to the app
  2. Once logged in for the first time, you will be presented with the following screen.
    In order to use the app and receive jobs correctly, you need to give the app access to your location. To do this, first, ensure that your GPS is turned on, then press the allow location button circled in red. Followed by the button circled in black

    The following screen is to inform you that tasks will be automatically swiped on arrival and departure at the given locations. Press OK here
