If a site closes, there are some optional housekeeping steps you can take to ensure a smooth transition.
First, alert VROMO of the site close date by emailing support@vromo.io. This will ensure we can make the necessary adjustments to your account for billing purposes.
Second, it is recommended to add the word CLOSED to the team to which the site is attached to. This can help ensure users know which sites are closed and which are open.
Third, if there are any users who will no longer need access to VROMO, you can remove those users. As long as users are in the system, they will have access to log into VROMO.
